In a warm and family environment, Yoga Mala brings yoga not as a luxury product but as a part of the everyday life of all. Believing deeply in the gift of yoga, Yoga Mala creates a community where the practice is open and accessible to all.
The lessons offered in the studio are suited to all levels and ages. From the traditional Mysore lesson to the led class, the aim is to heal the body and spirit, having as a philosophy the uniqueness of each practitioner.
In Practice Yoga Mala guides students towards a dedicated and committed Yoga practice. By encouraging a love of and relationship with personal practice, it is our goal to expose students to the freedom that manifests through deep commitment to one’s Yoga.

Yoga Mala is a school offering Enrichment, Education & Growth to practitioners of all levels. We are committed to deepening our knowledge of Yoga and understanding how this practice can move us towards strength, awareness, and authentic expressions of self.
Anthony is the owner of Yoga Mala Studio – Chalkida where he teaches Ashtanga & Yin yoga classes and he is also the founder of ModernYogi.gr. He is certified in the 1st & 2nd series of Ashtanga Yoga by David Swenson, in Yin Yoga by Paul Grilley, and Yoga Nidra (iRest) by Molly Birkholm.
Because of his athletic history, his background in physical education, nutrition & massage, but also his injury specialization he often works with athletes & people with advanced injuries for rehabilitation.
He recognizes the uniqueness & diversity of each student, and the classes he teaches are simple and use the practice as a therapeutic tool of body and spirit.
Anthony maintains an integrated daily practice, by working all the limbs of the Ashtanga system for his personal & spiritual evolution.
He attends training seminars with leading teachers such as David Swenson, Richard Freeman, Tim Miller, Nancy Gilgoff, Jean Claude Garnier, Gregor Maehle, Monica Gauci, Mark Khan, Deborah Adele, Cliff Barber, and many more.
In his free time, he experiments with various forms of art, participates in motion related activities & does volunteer work.
